Job summary

DDG seeks an Environmental + Regulatory Senior Project Manager in Louisiana to lead the E+R Team, oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure compliant delivery for clients.

You will mentor staff, manage regulatory permits, coordinate with agencies, and drive policy implementation while expanding DDG’s environmental capabilities.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work with federal, state, and local agencies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local environmental regulatory policy, law, and regulatory decisions affecting client projects.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and team development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to develop goals, policies, procedures, and high standards of work.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: lead projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate with clients and agencies.
• Team Training and Optimization: mentor staff, standardize practices, expand resources.
• Business Development: maintain client relationships and explore new markets and connections.
• Business Unit Optimization: assist in budgeting, policy development, and regulatory strategy.
