Job summary

Nobis Group in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead complex environmental projects across New England. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while building strong client relationships and guiding cross-disciplinary teams to success.

You’ll work as a trusted advisor from pursuit through completion, delivering measurable outcomes for clients and communities, with ownership stakes and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant environmental experience, including 4 years of project management experience in soil and groundwater remediation, remediation alternatives evaluations, and multi media site investigation
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and annual 8-hour refresher, as applicable
• P.E. or P.G. licensure strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing/resource allocation, and risk management
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams that include scientists, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Oversee scope, schedules, financial performance, and team resources
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and pursue opportunities for growth
