Job summary

Langan is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Environmental to join its collaborative team in Celina, TX. This role will identify and manage environmental/engineering projects, perform engineering analyses, supervise field investigations and lab work, and mentor junior staff to deliver high‑quality results for diverse clients.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with clients and regulators, preparing reports and proposals, and contributing to business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental investigations and remediation.
• PG or PE certification required.
• Strong people, project, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses for portions of engineering and environmental projects.
• Identify and pursue new clients, develop work within projects, attend BD meetings.
• Oversee junior staff, coach, train, and mentor on Environmental projects.
• Supervise field activities and ensure proper data collection and lab analyses.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and invoicing.
• Organize, write, and edit reports and proposals.
• Coordinate multiple work groups across offices and disciplines.
• Interface professionally with clients, contractors, and project staff.
