Job summary

Environmental Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) seeks a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead proposal development, technical scoping, and estimating for major electric utilities, healthcare facilities, and other critical infrastructure projects across the United States.

This client-facing role involves coordinating with nationwide technical teams, reviewing bid documents, and delivering comprehensive cost estimates.

Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, engineering, construction, remediation, estimating, project management, utility infrastructure, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Excel and related business applications.
Ability to travel to client meetings, site visits, pre-bid conferences, and project meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

Contribute to business development activities across electric and gas utility space and related large developers nationwide.
Participate in client meetings, pre-bid conferences, site walks, scope reviews, and proposal negotiations.
Maintain relationships with key clients and identify additional opportunities for EIS services.
Review RFPs, drawings, specifications, environmental reports, permits, and bid documents.
Develop scopes of work, technical approaches, schedules, cost estimates, proposals, and qualifications.
Estimate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and waste management requirements.
Coordinate estimating and proposal efforts with nationwide technical teams; support turnover to field operations.
