Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in environmental consulting, permitting, regulatory, or project management.
• Experience managing complex electric transmission and renewable energy projects.
• Expertise in environmental science, permitting, or regulatory strategy.
• Knowledge of wetlands, land use, environmental justice, and related disciplines.
• Permitting experience with utility regulatory bodies and federal agencies.
• Ability to work independently with broad guidelines and resolve complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex environmental projects from scope through reporting with a team of experts.
• Evaluate regulatory, schedule, budget, and stakeholder factors to solve issues.
• Represent clients at hearings, meetings, and public forums with clear communication.
• Perform and review technical work, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure permitting and compliance across multiple projects while maintaining quality.
