Job summary

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations for wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects across the Upper Midwest, mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more in environmental consulting, permitting, or project management.
• Experience managing complex electric transmission and renewable energy projects (wind/solar/BESS).
• Expertise in environmental science, permitting, and regulatory strategy.
• Broad knowledge across wetlands, land use, and environmental justice.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects, schedules, budgets, risks, and change management with initiative.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to develop practical solutions.
• Represent clients at public hearings and regulatory meetings with clarity.
• Review and supervise technical work and mentor staff as applicable.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and delivery strategies for mid-to-complex projects.
