Job summary

Bryant Staffing Solutions in Miami seeks an Environmental Principal to lead complex environmental projects and drive regional growth. The role emphasizes a blend of technical leadership and strategic client management to expand services in South Florida.

The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery from strategy to execution, maintain client relationships, and navigate local environmental regulations, including DERM where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong environmental consulting or related leadership experience
• Proven success managing projects and client relationships
• Knowledge of the Miami / South Florida regulatory environment
• Familiarity with DERM requirements is highly preferred
• Ability to contribute to business development and bring an existing network or book of business
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and client communication
• Provide senior technical and strategic oversight across multiple engagements
• Support business development efforts and strengthen existing client relationships
• Identify opportunities for growth in the local market
• Collaborate with internal staff and use shared team resources as needed to support project delivery
• Serve as a subject matter resource related to local environmental processes and expectations
• Maintain a high standard of quality, responsiveness, and client service
