Job summary

Boswell Environmental Services seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager - Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to lead due diligence and remediation projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and client communications while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance across NJDEP/NYDEC/US EPA programs.

The role combines office leadership with occasional field engagement, pre-bid site walks, and staff training, aligned with Boswell’s commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of environmental due diligence and remediation project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, Chemical or Civil Engineering, or closely related field.
• Current LSRP Certification in good standing.
• Experience with proposals and project budget/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within budgets and timeframes; conduct due diligence PA/Phase I ESAs.
• Oversee environmental investigation/remediation under LSRP/other programs.
• Provide QA/QC to deliver high-quality results for clients.
• Lead proposals, business development, estimates and project planning.
• Mentor staff on NJDEP, NYS DEC, US EPA, and NYC OER regulations.
• Prepare HASPs and train staff on health and safety practices.
