Job summary

APTIM Canton, MA is seeking a Licensed Site Professional / Project Manager to lead environmental site investigations and remediation projects in New England, serving public and private clients. You will manage proposals, develop scopes of work, and coordinate fieldwork with staff and contractors.

The role emphasizes client development, budgeting and scheduling, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) and related regulations from proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering or other Science degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental assessment/remediation.
• 3+ years in project & personnel management with MCP knowledge.
• Experience with Phase I/II due diligence assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; HAZWOPER certification.
• Massachusetts Driver's License; MA LSP and/or CT LEP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects from proposal through invoicing.
• Write proposals and meet with clients to develop new work.
• Prepare presentations for business development and trade shows.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; mentor staff.
• Interpret and evaluate scientific data; support multiple project scopes.
• Supervise contractors and ensure MCP compliance.
