Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field.
• 12+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 7+ years managing complex environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Demonstrated success managing projects exceeding $500K to $5M+ annually.
• Professional certifications preferred (PE, PG, CHG, PMP, REM, or CHMM).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale environmental investigations, remediation, and compliance projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, and safety plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, hydrogeologists, risk assessors, and environmental scientists.
• Manage client accounts and present technical findings to regulators and stakeholders.
• Drive proposal development, pricing, and capture planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and advisory guidance.
