Job summary

The Environmental Senior Project Manager at ECS Midwest, LLC will lead environmental consulting projects from proposal through closeout, providing technical leadership, client management, and financial accountability across multiple projects.

You will oversee asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality initiatives, manage budgets, schedule work, review reports, mentor staff, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related environmental science field.
• 5+ years of related environmental consulting experience.
• Ability to obtain local license within three months of hire
• Extensive knowledge of environmental principles, regulations and consulting practices
• Strong project management, leadership and budgeting skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and build long-term client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business development and client growth capabilities
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental consulting projects from proposal development through closeout.
