U.S. Customs and Border Protection seeks a highly experienced professional for the Energy and Environmental Program Management Office (EE PMO) within the OFAM IS Division.

The role requires leadership of the Execution Team, Environmental and Energy Sections, and coordination with DHS and external agencies to ensure compliance throughout facility lifecycles. The position starts at GS-15, Step 1 ($147,945) and goes to Step 10 ($192,331).

Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-14) in energy, environmental, sustainability, resilience, or compliance programs.
• Ability to coordinate with senior leaders and external partners to implement environmental or energy requirements.
• Experience developing work plans and reviewing program data to identify gaps and corrective actions.

• Serve as agency representative for energy and environment management programs.
• Develop and administer policies supporting compliance with environmental and energy laws.
• Coordinate with officials on environmental, energy, and legislative matters affecting operations.
