Tessera is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Wastewater/Wetland/Borrow Pit at Fort Stewart, GA. This exempt, full-time role focuses on regulatory compliance, permit renewals, inspections, and program management across water quality and wetland projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Environmental Conservation Management, Stormwater Management, with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience providing Wastewater Program technical support functions in an environmental field or contract.
• Must possess a contractor provided HAZWOPER certification.
• Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level 1B Certified Inspector Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of lift stations, septic systems, and wastewater treatment facilities in accordance with ARARs.
• Prepare Quarterly Summary Report of sampling and data collection.
• Complete NPDES and LAS permit renewals and modification preparation.
• Complete Sanitary sewer extension submittals and septic tank permits.
• Prepare DMRS and data collection as described in tasks.
• Manage wastewater permits and develop permit-required reports.
• Review Government-provided wastewater projects and documents for ARAR compliance.
• Provide aid during regulatory inspections (State and Federal) including records review and site inspections.
