Job summary

Tessera is seeking an experienced onsite lead for the Installation Drinking Water Program at Fort Stewart, GA. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local drinking water regulations while directing program activities across the installation.

The role involves coordinating with government stakeholders, preparing regulatory reports, and supervising staff to maintain certifications. A valid operator certification portfolio and strong SDWA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of water utilities, drinking water management, or water resource management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite technical lead and subject matter expert for the Installation Drinking Water Program, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local drinking water regulations.
• Direct and oversee execution of drinking water program activities across the installation, ensuring technical requirements, contractual obligations, and program objectives are achieved.
• Provide technical guidance, oversight, and quality assurance for drinking water support personnel, while ensuring required training and certifications are maintained.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and the COR to support program execution, compliance initiatives, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze drinking water monitoring and sampling data, identify trends, evaluate system performance, and develop recommendations to support regulatory compliance and program improvement.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports and program deliverables, including CCR, compliance inspections, water quality analyses, groundwater monitoring reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor program performance, track compliance requirements, and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact drinking water system operations or regulatory obligations.
• Maintain accurate program records, technical documentation, and compliance data to support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
