We are seeking an experienced leader in Environmental Compliance to drive business development, manage complex projects, and mentor teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred; professional accreditation.
• 10+ years of technical experience in Environmental Compliance.
• Business development, project management, mentoring, and Microsoft 365/CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cumulative project total of $1M annually and achieve profitability goals.
• Develop $750K in new project work and write/review technical reports and proposals.
• Hire and manage subcontractors, mentor staff, and ensure safe performance of project work.
