Job summary

ARM Group LLC in Canonsburg, PA seeks an Environmental Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on site investigation, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment projects. You will manage scope, staffing, scheduling, and budgets while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The role requires a geology/engineering/environmental science background with 10+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and PA licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science required.
• Pennsylvania P.G. or P.E. registration required.
• 10+ years of related experience including hands-on project management.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong technical and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with peers when appropriate.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Experience managing vendor and client payment terms to achieve positive cash flow.
• Understanding financial models and budget management.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, and other industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are completed safely.
• Manage and/or coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop Scopes of Work and proposals for Phase I and II Site Assessments, Routine Environmental Monitoring, Remedial Investigations and Actions, and related projects.
• Maintain responsibility for achieving the annual revenue goal established in concert with the Practice Area Leader and ARM President.
• Manage subcontractors, ARM staff and equipment/materials to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the direct point of contact in communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare and/or check technical calculations and project specifications.
• Prepare reports, client communications, proposals, contract documents, etc., and consult with other internal partners as needed.
• Lead proposal preparation efforts in response to RFPs with complex multidisciplinary work scopes.
• Proactively recognize conditions and problems of non-routine nature and develop effective solutions.
