Responsibilities

• Lead permitting strategy and day-to-day management of land use and environmental permits for assigned projects (local/state/federal).
• Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation; manage client communication and project staff.
• Mentor junior staff, review work for accuracy, and support career development.
• Support business development, including proposals, capture strategies, and client engagement.
