Bolton & Menk, Inc., is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner for our Environmental Planning Work Group based in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC. You will lead and support projects involving federal and state environmental reviews (NEPA, SEPA) and related planning efforts to advance sustainable and resilient community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in urban/regional planning or affiliated field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental planning and related areas.
• Thorough knowledge of planning methods and applications at local/regional level.
• Experience with agency and stakeholder involvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects involving federal and state environmental reviews (NEPA/SEPA).
• Coordinate environmental planning, infrastructure, and corridor planning tasks.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the environmental planning team.
