Job summary

You will mentor staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help deliver resilient, compliant solutions for a broad range of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in urban planning, urban studies, architecture, landscape architecture, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive planning experience.
- Thorough knowledge of local and regional planning methods.
- Experience with agency and stakeholder involvement processes.
- Experience researching urban growth and development methods/statistics.
- Skilled in technical report preparation and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support NEPA/SEPA environmental reviews and related planning efforts.
- Work on environmental assessments, alternatives analysis, and resilience planning.
- Guide environmental review strategies and policy updates with clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on multiagency projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the environmental planning team.
