Qualifications

• Experience with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, licensing, and permitting.
• Experience in wetland delineations and mitigation design.
• Knowledge of NYS regulatory frameworks including Article VII, Article VIII, Article 10, and NEPA.
• Ability to perform fieldwork and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental regulatory and permitting activities for NY projects, including renewables.
• Develop proposals and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams; oversee technical work.
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development efforts.
