Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Environmental Litigation Attorney to join its Denver team. The ideal candidate will handle complex state and federal environmental and civil litigation, lead cases from inception to resolution, and coordinate with senior attorneys and clients.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school, an active license, and 10+ years in complex litigation. Remote candidates will be considered, with strong trial and discovery management skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law.
• 10+ years of experience in complex litigation.
• Environmental/Toxic Tort experience preferred.
• Class action and multidistrict litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex cases concurrently.
• Initiate strategic oversight to bring cases to conclusion.
• Prepare and litigate cases from start to finish.
• Draft and prepare pleadings and complex motions.
• Manage discovery processes effectively.
• Identify and retain expert witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and author briefs.
• Participate in hearings and trials across various states.
• Engage in case strategy discussions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
