Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental remediation, site investigation and redevelopment.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental remediation and redevelopment projects from planning through completion.
• Act as primary client contact, maintain relationships and provide project updates.
• Lead business development, including proposals, client outreach and market growth.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate project teams and resources to meet project needs.
• Oversee investigations, site assessments, remediation systems installation and monitoring.
• Provide guidance on remediation strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Review progress, address challenges and communicate solutions to clients and teams.
• Manage project budgets and track costs.
