Responsibilities

• Manage environmental remediation and redevelopment projects from planning through completion.
• Act as primary client contact, maintain relationships and provide project updates.
• Lead business development, including proposals, client outreach and market growth.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate project teams and resources to meet project needs.
• Oversee investigations, site assessments, remediation systems installation and monitoring.
• Provide guidance on remediation strategies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support environmental remediation and redevelopment projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing project updates.
• Lead and support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client outreach, and market growth initiatives.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure resources are aligned with project needs.
• Oversee environmental investigations, site assessments, remediation system installation, and performance monitoring activities.
• Provide technical guidance related to contaminated sites, remediation strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review project progress, address challenges, and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and support overall project performance.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering or Professional Geologist license preferred.
• 10+ years of experience supporting environmental remediation, site investigation, and redevelopment projects.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts environmental regulations and remediation programs.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
