SLR Consulting (US) seeks a Principal Consultant to lead Alaska operations, manage complex environmental projects, mentor staff, and drive regulatory compliance across air, water, and waste programs. Qualifications

• Must-have: degree in a technical field and extensive industry experience.
• Strong track record in environmental consulting and project leadership.
• Deep knowledge of air quality regulations (Title V, PSD, NSPS, NESHAP, GHG, RMP) and Alaska frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of environmental professionals.
• Organize project teams, logistics and scheduling for timely delivery.
• Guide regulatory permitting efforts (RCRA, NPDES/APDES, SPCC).
• Oversee environmental management programs across land, water, and waste.
• Provide strategic client advisement and regulatory interpretation.
