Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks an Advanced Environmental Specialist to support the LDAR program and broader environmental compliance across NG&NGL operations. The role may be located at any MPLX site, including Canonsburg, PA, with extensive collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, and facilities.

You will lead, develop, and monitor LDAR procedures, manage QA/QC reviews, and stay current with environmental regulations. Strong analytical skills and Power BI experience are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with 15 years of relevant environmental experience in a process industry or Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant environmental experience.
• Detailed knowledge of current environmental rules and regulations and ability to communicate impacts for budget development.
• Ability to review engineering designs and specifications to ensure environmental compliance.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support corporate-level LDAR activities across all business units.
• Assist in developing and maintaining corporate LDAR procedures.
• Collaborate with facility personnel, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure programs are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Compile and review regulatory compliance data and oversee QA/QC for LDAR programs.
• Monitor trends, identify issues, and develop practical solutions for leadership review.
• Prepare, support, and perform QA/QC reviews of reports submitted to regulatory agencies.
• Lead USEPA Super Emitter Program initiatives.
• Drive environmental compliance improvements across NG&NGL operations.

Educación

High School Diploma or GED with 15 years of relevant environmental experience

Bachelor’s degree in a HES related field or Engineering with 7 years relevant environmental experience
