Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking an Advanced Environmental Specialist to support the LDAR program and broader environmental compliance across NG&NGL operations. The role involves collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, and facility staff to implement and maintain compliant programs and data QA/QC.

The candidate will lead the USEPA Super Emitter Program and serve as the DEI lead for NG&NGL, reporting to the Environmental Director.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge of environmental rules and regulations with the ability to communicate impact plans to local leadership for budget development.
• Ability to review engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with environmental rules and regulations
• Experience with QA/QC reviews and data preparation for regulatory submittals.

Aufgaben

• Support corporate-level LDAR activities across all business units.
• Assist in developing and maintaining corporate LDAR procedures.
• Collaborate with facility personnel, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure programs are implemented and maintained.
• Compile and review regulatory compliance data and oversee QA/QC processes for LDAR programs.
• Monitor trends, identify potential issues, and develop practical solutions for leadership review.
• Prepare, support, and perform QA/QC reviews of reports submitted to regulatory agencies.
• Lead USEPA Super Emitter Program initiatives.
• Drive improvements in environmental compliance across NG&NGL operations.
