Job summary

EnviroScience, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Inspector to lead complex inspection projects, coordinate field assignments, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

This role emphasizes high-level project coordination, QA/QC oversight, and mentorship of junior inspectors. You will leverage your experience to support business development and client relations within stormwater and construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• 10+ years in environmental inspection, compliance or related role.
• CESSWI and CPESC certifications recommended; obtain within 6 months.
• GIS familiarity and environmental modeling software experience.
• Proven leadership and project management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on complex inspection projects and coordinate daily field assignments.
• Ensure permit compliance, BMP adherence, and safety across sites.
• Oversee QA/QC reviews of reports, SWPPPs, and regulatory submittals.
• Mentor EI staff, provide training, and support business development.
• Manage client relations, prepare proposals, and assist with SOPs.
