Zusammenfassung

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader to manage the daily EH&S programs across hospital facilities. You will guide regulatory compliance, fire and life safety, chemical safety, and incident management while coordinating with administrators, engineers, and external agencies.

The role requires 5–8 years in EH&S, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

MS in EH&S or related field preferred
BS in EH&S or related with 5–8 years safety experience
Experience managing EH&S programs across multiple facilities
Experience with fire management, chemical safety, emergency operations, and environmental compliance
Experience with large and complex chemical waste operations

Aufgaben

Manages daily operations of EH&S programs across facilities
Develops policies and procedures for general and specific applications
Supervises 4–6 staff and 1–2 FTEs for chemical waste operations
Interfaces with local fire departments and regulatory agencies
Leads compliance with Joint Commission standards and accreditation prep
Maintains data tracking and reports to Safety Committee
