True Anomaly seeks a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to define how our technology and brand appear in physical spaces. You will shape the environmental design language across workplaces, events, and installations, ensuring the brand lives beyond screens and communicates complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in environmental graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating environmental and graphic design across physical spaces.
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, and identity systems.
• Editorial/curatorial sensibility with integrated graphics, language, imagery, objects, and space.
• Experience taking environmental projects from concept through fabrication and installation.
• Fluency in large-format print production, signage, materials, finishes, substrates, fabrication techniques, and installation methods.
• Ability to read architectural plans, elevations, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience collaborating with fabricators, architects, and external partners.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; CAD/SketchUp/Rhino a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental graphic design from concept through installation across workplaces, R&D spaces, customer environments, events, exhibits, and branded installations.
• Translate True Anomaly's visual identity into physical space, creating new expressions of typography, imagery, information, materiality, and storytelling.
• Bring an editorial point of view to physical environments, composing graphics, imagery, artifacts, objects, and digital content into cohesive spatial narratives.
• Develop design deliverables that clearly communicate intent: concepts, mood boards, layouts, elevations, material palettes, mockups, presentations.
• Design experiences that integrate physical and digital storytelling through displays, projection, motion, interactive content, and product models.
• Translate complex technology and ideas into experiences that are compelling and understandable without oversimplifying.
