Job summary

Henis Group seeks a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to lead projects from concept through production-ready documentation in the signage and environmental graphics industry. You will guide a small team of up to two designers and partner with project management and preconstruction to balance client vision with production, timelines, and budget.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, mentor junior designers, and ensure production-ready deliverables align with client feedback and on-site realities.

You’ll own design projects from concept through production-ready documentation, guide a small team of up to two designers, and work closely with project management and preconstruction to balance the client’s vision with production requirements, timelines, and budget.

What You’ll Do
