Job summary

Henis Group seeks a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to lead projects from concept through production-ready documentation in the signage and environmental graphics industry. You will guide a small team of up to two designers and partner with project management and preconstruction to balance client vision with production, timelines, and budget.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, mentor junior designers, and ensure production-ready deliverables align with client feedback and on-site realities.

Qualifications

• Experience taking projects from concept through production documentation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience guiding designers and leading multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental graphic design projects for assigned accounts from initial concepts through final documentation.
• Mentor up to two Environmental Graphic Designers, setting priorities and reviewing work.
• Serve as the design lead on projects, making decisions and resolving challenges as work progresses.
• Produce and oversee clear, accurate design files and production-ready documentation.
• Partner with project management to align designs with client direction, feedback, and approvals.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams to ensure designs can be produced within project requirements.
• Manage team workload and deadlines across multiple projects.
