Job summary

True Environmental is seeking a full-time Senior Environmental Geologist to support environmental compliance and remediation projects across California. The role requires a CA Professional Geologist license, 25+ years of experience, and leadership in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and implementing remedial investigations and actions, preparing proposals, and mentoring staff. Travel to project sites and client offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology required.
• 25+ years of environmental field experience.
• CA Professional Geologist (CA PG) license or ability to obtain in other states.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams for site investigations and remedial actions.
• Oversee data review, interpretation, and input for design of remedial measures.
• Develop proposals, scopes of services, and project plans.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and coordinate with clients and regulators.
• Travel to project sites and True Environmental offices as required.
