The Judge Group is seeking a Senior-Level Environmental Engineering Manager in the Harrisburg, PA area. The role requires a PE license and oversees the Environmental Department and related projects, collaborating with clients and corporate principals to ensure compliance and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil (Environmental) Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Environmental Engineering/oversight.
• Professional certification (e.g., PE, PG, CHMM, QEP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Environmental Department and Staff.
• Lead and manage environmental/engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring projects meet scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct environmental assessments and impact studies, investigations, site inspections, and feasibility studies.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans.
• Coordinate with other Corporate Departments regarding project management and staff workload.
• Provide mentorship to junior environmental professionals and staff.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
