Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of environmental engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Excellent project management skills and team leadership.
• Excellent business and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across all phases: scoping, budgeting, execution, reporting, and client communication.
• Provide technical oversight on soil/groundwater remediation, vapor intrusion, and related services.
• Oversee field investigations (drilling, sampling) and prepare design recommendations.
• Mentor engineers, geologists, and staff for career growth and training.
• Drive business development by leveraging local market knowledge and client relationships.
