This individual will report to our Environmental Services Manager and join a team where your leadership will drive our growth, develop new business, manage a high volume of projects per year, and mentor our team as a technical resource expanding our impact. Clients and projects you’ll support include power & utility, retail such as Target and Walmart, USTs, colleges & universities, multi-family, state contracts, local developers, brownfields, municipal & government, and more.
As a Senior Environmental Engineer, you will lead key environmental projects, overseeing client coordination, planning, budgeting, and technical documentation. You'll supervise and mentor a team of engineers and geologists, supporting their growth through guidance and training. You will also help expand our business and maintain strong client relationships. This role includes both office and field work tied to environmental assessments, with regular interaction with clients, contractors, regulators, and local officials.
