Unknown aerospace component manufacturer in Hampton, VA is seeking an Senior Environmental Engineer to join the EHS team on-site. You will drive environmental compliance, lead sustainability initiatives, and support continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing operation.

You will oversee regulatory reporting, permitting, and agency interactions, manage wastewater treatment and monitoring, and deliver training while partnering with plant leadership to promote an effective EHS culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of environmental/EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Experience managing air, water, wastewater, or waste programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead cross-functional initiatives.
