JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Environmental Credit Risk Associate within Commercial and Investment Bank Credit Risk Management to review environmental reports for real estate lending transactions and analyze environmental credit risk using quantitative and qualitative judgment.

You will coordinate with environmental consultants, prepare review memoranda, conduct collateral-asset analyses, and support standardized documentation. Strong communication and CRE risk experience required.

Qualifications

• Concise oral and written communication with internal managers, bankers, customers and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in environmental sciences or related field; professional designations may apply.
• At least seven years of experience administering environmental investigations, risk management and loss prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Review environmental records/reports related to commercial real estate secured loan transactions.
• Prepare review memoranda and procure environmental reports when required.
• Conduct collateral-asset analysis on real estate lending and acquisition/disposition processes.
