• Supervises and directs all legal work under environmental statutes and regulations affecting USDA resources.
• Acts as chief legal counsel on complex or precedent-setting matters and coordinates with national and USDA offices.
• Manages a staff of attorneys and support personnel and coordinates nationwide with civil resources attorneys.
