Leading People: This core qualification involves the demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a group toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals, and to drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture. Describe your demonstrated executive-level experience leading complex, enterprise-wide business and administrative services, including financial management, human resources, information technology, procurement, and property management. In your response, demonstrate your experience managing reimbursable or fee-for-service programs and service level agreements, while ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, regulatory compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement across all administrative functions.
