Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience as Construction Manager and/or Resident Engineer on multiple projects
• CCM certification or PE license is a plus but not required
• Experience with web-based document management systems

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management for environmental construction, site remediation, civil construction, and decommissioning projects
• Develop and manage budget plans and schedules; monitor progress and post-calculations
• Design and implement reporting strategies; lead complex client reports and communicate insights
• Collaborate with client development team; lead procurement efforts including proposals and interviews
• Provide expert guidance on constructability, cost evaluations, and sequencing for projects
• Develop policies and share knowledge to support best practices across the team
• Maintain external accreditations and stay updated on industry regulations
