Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC seeks a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist to support Legacy Management’s post-closure obligations. Location: Morgantown, WV, with potential remote work based on business needs. Exempt, full-time position with a travel requirement of up to 10%.

Responsibilities include developing compliance plans, reviewing actions under federal/state laws, and coordinating regulatory submissions and EMS targets. 10+ years of environment regulatory work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• 15 years of relevant environmental compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site/project environmental compliance planning documentation.
• Review actions per environmental laws and regulations.
• Identify and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports.
• Support LM with regulatory changes and data requests.
• Coordinate internal reviews and final document production.
• Track progress and update schedules in document tracking systems.
• Ensure EMS sustainability and compliance targets are achieved.
• Travel to project sites up to 10% of the time.
• Complete training and weekly timesheet timely.
