Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven+ years as an Environmental Compliance Manager or equivalent in design-build or P3 contexts.
• Experience leading environmental permitting and compliance programs on large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of USACE 404, NEPA, state environmental regulations, and agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage environmental compliance programs, permitting strategies, and project procedures.
• Coordinate with owners, agencies, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely environmental deliverables.
• Lead preparation and review of permits, reports, training, and environmental documentation.
• Provide guidance on mitigation measures, environmental risk, and sustainability considerations throughout design and construction.
