Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Engineer, Environmental Conformity to lead global environmental compliance programs. You will serve as the SME for European regulations (ESPR, Ecodesign, RoHS exemptions, EPR) and work with engineering, product management, sustainability, legal, and supply chain to implement strategies across Rockwell products.
You will report to the Manager, Environmental Compliance and operate in a hybrid role with offices in Milwaukee, WI; Cambridge, ON; or Mayfield
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US required.
- We do not sponsor visas for this role.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in regulatory/compliance.
- Experience with global environmental regulations (PFAS, REACH, RoHS, TSCA).
Responsibilities
- Lead EU Ecodesign and ESPR compliance efforts.
- Monitor new regulations and assess impact on products and market access.
- Develop strategies and plans for EPR, RoHS exemptions, and data collection.
- Coordinate with engineering, sustainability, legal, and supply chain teams.
- Create dashboards, reports, and governance for program status.
- Deliver training and guidance to cross-functional teams.
