Job summary

CACI is seeking an environmental compliance engineer to serve as a senior environmental compliance advisor for infrastructure development, expeditionary basing, logistics operations, and facility sustainment across the Indo-Pacific.

You will provide technical guidance on environmental planning, permitting, hazardous materials management, pollution prevention, and environmental risk mitigation, ensuring regulatory compliance while preserving operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering/science field.
• Minimum 8 years of environmental engineering or compliance experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting DoD or government environmental programs.
• Experience with infrastructure development, facilities management, or logistics operations.
• Experience conducting assessments, inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials and waste management, and environmental permitting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior environmental compliance advisor for facility and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, DoD, Combatant Command, host nation regulations.
• Interpret environmental policies and provide technical guidance for decision making.
• Monitor compliance across multiple sites in the Indo-Pacific.
• Develop mitigation strategies to reduce environmental risk while maintaining readiness.
