Job summary

Entergy seeks an Environmental Analyst II - Senior to maintain environmental compliance at the Independence Plant with on-site support.

The role involves guiding plant personnel on environmental issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing reports, and coordinating sampling and inspections to close gaps. 1 opening, remote flexibility, and potential overtime support storm responses are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong experience handling environmental compliance activities.
• Ability to interpret and ensure regulatory permit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to plant personnel regarding environmental issues.
• Support the Plants to ensure regulatory compliance and permit adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of site-specific permits and plans.
• Prepare regulatory environmental reports (DMR, EER, SAM, ACC).
• Deliver environmental training to plant personnel as required.
