Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Analyst – Environmental II/III/Sr: 2–6 years of environmental compliance experience.
• Physically able to conduct field environmental investigations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing environmental reports (DMR, EER, SAM, ACC).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to plant personnel regarding environmental issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the plants and support ongoing projects.
• Maintain knowledge of site-specific environmental permits and plans.
• Provide oversight or project management to plant environmental projects.
• Conduct routine plant rounds and inspections to assess environmental compliance.
• Prepare regulatory required environmental reports (DMR, EER, SAM, ACC).
• Maintain environmental records and documentation for the plants.
• Deliver environmental training to plant personnel as required by regulations.
• Respond to spills and releases, and make required notifications.
• Manage waste handling, hazardous materials shipments, and manifesting.
• Monitor CEMS results and maintain related records.
• Coordinate environmental sampling and testing for regulatory permits.
• Participate in work groups on new and ongoing projects.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage records for compliance programs per records retention policy.
