Entergy is seeking an Environmental Analyst II - Senior to maintain environmental compliance at the Independence Plant near Newark, Arkansas. The role provides onsite support and collaborates with plant personnel to ensure permits and regulations are followed.

The position involves field inspections, regulatory reporting (DMR, EER, SAM, ACC), waste management, CEMS monitoring, and driving continuous improvement, with hybrid work options and up to 25% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in environmental field.
• 2–6 years environmental compliance experience depending on level.
• Ability to conduct field investigations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in environmental reporting (DMR, EER, SAM, ACC).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert guidance to plant personnel regarding environmental issues.
• Work in direct support of the Plants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of site-specific environmental permits and plans.
• Prepare regulatory required environmental reports (DMR, EER, SAM, ACC).
• Maintain environmental records and documentation for the plants.
• Deliver environmental training to plant personnel as required by regulations and procedures.
• Respond to spills and releases and make required notifications.
• Manage waste handling, disposal, and manifesting activities.
• Monitor CEMS data and maintain related records.
• Coordinate environmental sampling and testing as per permits.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
