Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a Senior Microsoft Entra ID & Zero Trust Specialist to join a global Digital Identity and Authentication Platforms team. You will design, implement, and secure Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments with automation.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust, Conditional Access, FIDO2, and modern authentication, working with Terraform, PowerShell, and Azure Functions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' professional IT experience with IAM or related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
Experience with Zero Trust architecture and Conditional Access.
Experience with automation and IaC (Terraform, PowerShell, Azure Functions).

Responsibilities

Design, implement and support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
Administer Entra ID Connect and hybrid identity environments.
Drive the implementation of Zero Trust identity and security initiatives.
Define and implement Conditional Access policies and identity security controls.
Support FIDO2 and modern authentication deployments.
Automate identity and infrastructure processes.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
Support highly available and secure enterprise identity platforms.
Contribute to IT strategy and Zero Trust workstreams.
