Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Identity Architect to design and advance the enterprise IAM strategy, with hands-on leadership for Entra ID, identity governance, and modern authentication.

You will partner with security, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to deliver scalable identity solutions that meet compliance and improve user experience, expanding to Zero Trust and privilege management across the enterprise. This is a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM architectures.
• Required: Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, Identity Governance, and Hybrid Identity.
• Required: Hands-on experience deploying and supporting FIDO2 authentication, Windows Hello for Business, and TPM-backed authentication solutions.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP).
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC/PAM, and cloud/hybrid integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the organization’s IAM architecture and strategy.
• Serve as the technical lead for Entra ID, identity governance, and passwordless initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud and business teams to deliver scalable identity solutions.
• Expand IAM efforts to Zero Trust, privilege management, and governance across the enterprise.
