Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on engineering with Entra ID at enterprise scale; 5+ years Microsoft identity/directory experience.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, schema, ACLs, and delegation.
• Experience migrating on-premises AD to Entra ID and hybrid join models.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and implement enterprise identity across Entra ID and AD.
• Plan cloud-first Entra-authoritative migration and de-hybridization.
• Enforce Conditional Access and phishing-resistant authentication at enterprise scale.
• Build automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph under version control.
• Mentor engineers on Entra and AD practice.
